Don’t waste your moneyPurchased two heatpads that would fit the bunnies nest boxes and I didn’t think to check to see if they worked before installing one of them. When I turned it on it didn’t work. I even let it sit for 10 mins to see if it would just take some time to heat up… nothing. So…before installing the 2nd pad I checked to see if it worked…nope! So frustrating because we had screwed down the first one so the rabbit would not move it or chew on it. I returned both and they could only refund me for one since I put screws in the clear part of the pad. Both did not work…I lost money and also lost money on shipping it back. Don’t bother purchasing from this site.

Unhelpful cashierAfter purchasing items online and then picking them up at Expo center, they didn’t even have all the items I ordered with no explanation why. The items I purchased didn’t fit in the cages when they were given specific sizes for them I was told I could return them if they didn’t fit. When I went to get a refund, the cashier said they weren’t giving refunds and she didn’t know why the guy said they would. Also when you purchase over 50$ you get a raffle ticket. Their raffle was posted to be at 3 pm and every other raffle at Expo posted their winners on a board and when I asked if they had posted their winners for raffle the same rude woman scoffed “post winners? It’s a raffle” so apparently this company makes up their own rules for everything and if you don’t know their mystery rules and instructions which are not posted anywhere. You are out of luck.

Complete Rip OffI went to there website, allthingsbunnies.com via a google search and found Toltrazuril. I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. I received my order 7 days later and no explanation and no refund. They don't answer the phone nor do they return emails. After getting scammed I looked at there Google Reviews and they are doing this to everyone. They keep your money and send your product regular mail after charging you for Express Shipping. This company is Total Rippoff. This company needs to close shop because they are just stealing money. After doing some searching I found three other companies that sell Toltrazuril. Horseprerace.com, TotalToltrazuril.com, and ToltrazurilShop.com Of the three Toltrazurilshop.com sells in smaller doses and there Google reviews are all 5 Star. I called them to ask some questions about shipping and they ship same day. Next order I will be going with them for sure. There prices are extremely good too compared to allthingsbunnies.com
